In-head transmitter LKM 103 for resistance thermometers Pt100/Pt1000 with output signal 4...20mA for mounting in connection heads form B
The LKM 103 is an analog transmitter for Pt100 / Pt1000 resistance thermometers according to DIN EN 60751. It converts the temperature-dependent resistance of the sensor into a current signal of 4...20mA in a highly accurate temperature-linear way. Versions for other resistance sensors are available on request. Type 103 is supplied calibrated to the range specified by the customer. The fine adjustment is done by a span and zero controller. Minor corrections on site are therefore easily possible. Lead resistances are largely compensated for with Type 103 in a 3-wire circuit, provided that all leads have the same lead resistance. Please note by using Pt100 in 2-wire connection clamps 4 and 5 have to be jumpered.
