Quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities for electrotherm. Supplying both products and services at a consistently high quality level and at the same time designing processes in a plannable and efficient manner is what we aim for in our entrepreneurship. That is why we implemented our first quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 as early as 1996, and we have continually amended and enhanced it ever since then. Annual surveillance audits guarantee the improvement and optimisation of our management system, which has been recertified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since August 2018.
